- Their new album [Millennium] broke the record for most sales in the first week - previously held by Garth Brooks - by selling over 1 million copies in the USA alone.
- The first time Nick Carter got writing credits was on Aaron Carter's debut CD in 1997. The song was called 'Ain't It Cute', and was co-written by Brian Littrell and Gary Carolla. He has later gotten writing credits on 3 of the songs on the Backstreet Boys' 'Black & Blue' (2000), and a song called 'True' on the B-side of Leslie Carter's debut single 'Like Wow' (2001).
