- Members of the group : Geri Halliwell aka "Ginger Spice" (left 1998), Emma Bunton aka "Baby Spice", Victoria Beckham (née Adams) aka "Posh Spice", Melanie Chisholm aka "Mel C" or "Sporty Spice", Melanie Brown aka "Mel B" or "Scary Spice".
- In 1994, five girls were picked: Geri Halliwell, Victoria Adams (later to become Victoria Beckham), Melanie Chisholm, Melanie Brown, and Michelle Stephenson, then Michelle Stephenson left to pursue her education and was replaced by Emma Bunton.
