- 19 February 2002 - she was given two years probation, $300 fine, and ordered to attend a safe driving class as a result of her arrest for drunken driving.

- Former NYPD Blue star Kim Delaney has been arrested for drunk driving. Police arrested the former TV detective at her home in Malibu, California, on Saturday night after a witness called them to report an erratic driver. Delaney, 40, was arrested without incident and released from jail on Sunday morning. The actress is due to appear in court on drunk driving charges in February.
