Puberty was definitely akward for me. I grew up in Oklahoma and I think I weighed a whopping 85 pounds in 8th grade. And in Oklahoma if you don't play sports they basically throw you in the trash.

- His father is a Distinguished Professor of Animal Sciences & Industry at Kansas State University.
- He wore lifts for many of the scenes in the X-Men movies, because his character Cyclops is supposed to be 6' 3" compared to a 5' 3" Wolverine. In actuality, Marsden is only about 6 feet tall even, about the same height as Famke Janssen (as his love interest, Jean Gray) and about 2 or 3 inches shorter than Hugh Jackman (who played Wolverine).
